1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "Player", "User", "you", or "your") and Ganteng21 (hereinafter referred to as "Ganteng21", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the online gaming platform available at ganteng21.cam (the "Platform") and all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered therein.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

Ganteng21 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" — the Ganteng21 online gaming website accessible at ganteng21.cam, including all sub-pages, services, and mobile-optimised interfaces.
• "Account" — a registered player profile created on the Platform following successful registration and KYC verification.
• "Real Money Balance" — funds deposited by the player using approved payment methods, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), available for wagering and withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" — promotional credits granted to a player's account as part of a bonus offer, subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" (also "Rollover Requirement") — the number of times a bonus amount must be turned over in qualifying bets before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification, the identity confirmation process requiring players to submit valid government-issued identification (e.g., Malaysian IC / MyKad) before withdrawal eligibility is granted.
• "Prohibited Jurisdictions" — countries or regions where access to and use of the Platform is legally restricted or prohibited.
• "Suspicious Activity" — any pattern of behaviour that Ganteng21 reasonably determines to be fraudulent, collusive, in breach of these Terms, or contrary to the integrity of the Platform.

3. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on the Ganteng21 Platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Ganteng21 strictly prohibits access to players under the age of 21. Age verification will be conducted as part of the KYC process, and any account found to belong to an underage individual will be immediately suspended and all funds returned.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful.
• You must not currently be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement imposed by Ganteng21 or any other gambling operator.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and maintain its accuracy throughout the lifetime of your account.

4. Registration & KYC Verification

4.1 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the Ganteng21 Platform at any time. Creating duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

During registration, you are required to provide: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Malaysian mobile number. All information must be accurate and match the identity documents you will provide during KYC verification.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Before processing any withdrawal request, Ganteng21 requires all players to complete KYC verification. The standard documents required are:

• A clear photograph of your Malaysian IC (MyKad) — both front and back sides.
• A selfie holding your MyKad may be requested at Ganteng21's discretion.
• Proof of payment method ownership may be required for certain withdrawal methods.

KYC documents are reviewed by our compliance team and a decision is typically communicated within 30 minutes during business hours. Ganteng21 reserves the right to request additional documentation where necessary and to delay withdrawals pending full KYC approval.

5. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

5.1 Permitted Use

The Platform is provided solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may use Ganteng21 to place bets, play casino games, and access promotional features in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in any way that circumvents normal player behaviour.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any coordinated strategy designed to exploit the Platform or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches — players who discover a technical fault must report it to support immediately.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals through payment providers after funds have been used on the Platform.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, structuring, or any other financially suspicious activity.
• Allowing or enabling a third party to access or operate your account on your behalf.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal.

6. Deposits

Ganteng21 accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank), USDT TRC20, and BTC. All real-money deposits are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless the player selects a cryptocurrency option, in which case the equivalent MYR value is applied at the time of crediting.

• Minimum deposit: RM30 for e-wallet methods; RM50 for FPX/DuitNow bank transfers; USDT 50 equivalent for crypto.
• Deposits are credited instantly for e-wallet methods and within 5–15 minutes for bank transfers.
• Ganteng21 does not charge deposit fees. Third-party processing fees imposed by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.
• Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may result in account restriction.
• Ganteng21 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on deposits above certain thresholds.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions being met in full:

• Your account is fully KYC-verified.
• All active bonus wagering requirements have been completed.
• The requested withdrawal amount does not exceed your available Real Money Balance.
• Your account is in good standing with no open investigations, disputes, or compliance holds.
• The withdrawal method matches an approved payment method associated with your account.

Processing times are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically completed within 5–30 minutes; FPX/DuitNow bank transfers within 30 minutes to 2 hours; cryptocurrency withdrawals within 30–60 minutes subject to network conditions. Ganteng21 does not guarantee processing within these timeframes during periods of high volume or scheduled maintenance.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and loyalty rewards offered by Ganteng21 are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. Where a conflict exists between general Terms and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms take precedence for that offer only.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The Wagering Requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual bonus terms. Examples currently offered on the Platform:

• 288% Magnificent Welcome Bonus — Wagering Requirement: 35x the bonus amount.
• 100% Standard Welcome Bonus — Wagering Requirement: 10x the bonus amount.
• 188% Esports Bonus — Wagering Requirement: 18x the bonus amount.
• 2% Crypto Deposit Bonus — Wagering Requirement: 1x the bonus amount.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

Ganteng21 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and/or suspend accounts where it reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple bonuses through related accounts, using irregular betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or misrepresenting eligibility.

8.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses not claimed within the stated claim window and bonus balances where wagering requirements are not met within the specified validity period will be forfeited automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

9. Betting Rules

Ganteng21 operates a comprehensive sportsbook covering Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, the UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other major markets. The following general betting rules apply:

• All bets are accepted at Ganteng21's discretion. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time without prior notice.
• Bets placed after the scheduled start time of an event (where applicable) will be void unless they qualify as valid live/in-play bets.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in clearly incorrect odds being displayed, Ganteng21 reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous odds.
• Mix Parlay bets require all selections to win for the full payout. A voided selection within a Mix Parlay reduces the number of selections and adjusts the payout accordingly per published Mix Parlay rules.
• Maximum bet and maximum payout limits apply per market and are displayed within the betting interface.
• Ganteng21's decision on the settlement of all bets is final and binding.

10. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Ganteng21 account credentials, including your username and password. Ganteng21 will never request your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.

You agree to notify Ganteng21 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any suspected security breach. Ganteng21 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials or from your sharing of login details with any third party.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

Ganteng21 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Verified or suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Failure to pass KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated against deposits made to the Platform.
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.

Upon account termination for cause, Ganteng21 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where termination is initiated by the player (voluntary account closure), verified Real Money Balances will be returned subject to standard withdrawal processing requirements.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ganteng21 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform.
• Losses resulting from Platform downtime, maintenance, or technical disruptions outside Ganteng21's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to contain errors.
• Any financial losses resulting from gambling activity conducted on the Platform, including losses from sports bets, casino games, or promotional activity.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the Ganteng21 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game content, interface design, and functionality — is the property of Ganteng21 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without Ganteng21's express written consent.

14. Privacy & Data Protection

Ganteng21 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read in conjunction with them. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is processed solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.

15. Responsible Gambling

Ganteng21 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. In accordance with this commitment:
